"I had damage to my friends home that I stayed in after hurricane Ian.
My friends filled the claim with the some insurance company and they came out right away. After that, they offered them zero money and they said that damage did not exceed the deductible.
My other friend suggested me to contact Mr. Jerry from the Cross Country Public Adjusting company . My other friend told me that they had a great experience with Jerry's help.
Once we contacted Mr.Jerry and Mr. Herman, they arrived next day. They explained the entire process to everyone and their knowledge about the policy is what sold everyone.
They did a detailed inspection and told us they would handle everything from that point on. They did great job.
After approximately 3 months later, my friends had received the check with enough money to replace the roof, the fence, the shed and the interior leaks. Their home is back to normal now.
It will never been if those 2 men did not help them.
I will never forgot Jerry's and Herman's great work to help my friends.
