My Story
Herman is an enthusiastic founding member of CCPA with over 20 years of incredible experience in the industry! His journey began in 2004 when he took on the role of adjuster trainee, diligently attending night classes at Pensacola Community College to earn his Accredited Claims Adjuster Certificate and Florida Independent Adjusters License. The turning point came in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina struck his hometown, prompting him to dive headfirst into the world of Independent Insurance Adjusting, working with renowned companies like State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Universal, and All State. After 15 thrilling years traveling the country and mastering the ins and outs of insurance, Herman realized his true calling as a Public Adjuster, driven by a desire to champion the rights of the people. Inspired by a comment from a carrier executive, he and his brother, along with a fantastic team, have built an outstanding firm that has empowered thousands of clients to what they rightfully deserve from their insurance companies. As the Field Operations Manager, Herman personally inspects your loss, ensuring you’re in great hands!
A Word From Herman.......
I am grateful for the opportunity I've been given in this field, as it enables me to travel and support my family. I'm happily married with two wonderful daughters. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, camping, fishing, and exploring. I feel truly blessed to have amazing friends and family in my life.
Education
2004
Pensacola Community College
In the summer of 2004, Herman finished the accredited claims adjuster course, which the state of Florida recognized as a substitute for the state exam required for the IA License.
2006, 2025
Xactimate Training
In 2006, Herman finished the Xactimate Course. In 2025, he successfully completed the Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Certification Courses for Xactimate.
2006
Flood Certification
in 2006, Herman became a Certified Flood Adjuster through FEMA. This Certification was held active until 2022.
2019
WIND
in 2019, Herman became a Certified WIND Umpire and WIND Appraiser.
2020-2023
IICRC
in 2020, Herman attended his first IICRC class. Over the next 3 years Herman would obtain multiple IICRC Certifications including: AMRT, WTR, ASD, OCT, FSRT, CDS
