About Erica

Erica has a long history of helping people in customer service and insurance roles. This path eventually landed her in property claims as a Public Adjuster, on the side of the insured. Helping those in need and connecting with each client has left many lasting bonds even after the claim has been settled. She understands the stress that each of our clients face during what is likely the most difficult time in their lives which includes the largest financial investment they have - their home or business. She is very team oriented and always willing to go above and beyond, no matter the situation. Erica will be there for each of you to discuss any and all details of your claim, the status and progress of your claim, explain all upcoming decisions on the direction your claim will go and for the processing of all payments. She is an integral part of the process, and you will get to know her very well while we handle your claim.
